Hi friend! I'm excited you're here! Attached to the service menu is a glossary to help with understanding the services I offer. I have three colour packages, one cut package and a few "a la carte" services to choose from. If you're unsure what to book, just fill out the digital consultation form in step two, and I'll help you choose. Please note, colour corrections, going grey and vivid request all require a completed consultation form.

Step One

Fill Out Your Digital Consultation Form

If you already know what you want to book feel free to skip this form and go straight to step three in order to book your appointment. Digital consultation forms are helpful to ensure we get you booked in properly. It is prefered that new guests choose a package. However there are some "a la carte" options for my new friends as well.

Step Two

Book Your Appointment And Enjoy Your Pre-Visit Experience

My hours are flexible, please feel free to email me at robynnstraker@gmail.ca if needing an accomodation. After your appointment is booked I will reach out within 72 hours with your welcome packet that will tell you everything you need to know about your upcoming visit to Robynn's Nest.

Leading up to your appointment you will recieve a "Add A Hygge Touch" form. In the meantime I will be busy packing your welcome swag bag.

Step Three

The Pre-Visit

You'll be meeting me long before you arrive at your appointment. Some things you can expect are:

You can decide to fill out the digital consultation form or if you know what you want to book, go right ahead and send your appointment in. I'll accept and respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday during my business hours.
After your appointment is confirmed, I'll send you a welcome packet explaining everything you need to know before your appointment at Robynn's Nest.
Lastly, I'll confirm your appointment with your custom appointment form. Here you'll be able to tailor your experience with choices like having a cold or warm drink waiting for you when you arrive, and what kind of vibe you're feeling for your appointment.

At The Nest

When you arrive at my home-based salon you can expect a cozy environment where you'll be spoiled and pampered. Please note there is a small flight of stairs to enter the salon.

Some perks of choosing my chair are:

A thorough consultation ensuring I completely understand your hair wishes.
I use Oligo for my colours and glosses. It's a Canadian product that uses organic ingredients and is ammonia-free. It also contains Keratin, which protects your hair.
Gone are the days of "cold" hair colour. Oligo uses a special technology that gently heats up in order to open the cuticle so the colour can do its magic.
There are complimentary snacks, beverages, chilled eye masks, heating pads, Wi-Fi, and more, available for you to enjoy.
You will never share your appointment time with another guest, unless you ask to come with someone.
I'll customize your appointment as best I can. From silent appointments to "spill the tea" appointments, I aim to make your experience everything you didn't know you needed.

After Goodbye

After our appointment we'll have a plan to maintain your new look. These are some things you can expect:

During the week following our appointment, I'll reach out and check in. If there are things to troubleshoot, I'll be there to help.
If adjustments need to be made, we can do that no problem within two weeks of our appointment.
If you gave me your Instagram handle, I'll follow you. But no pressure to approve my request. I totally understand if you limit your social media followers.
Lastly, I enjoy using snail mail from time to time, so if you're comfortable leaving your mailing address, you'll likely receive a note here and there. No worries; I'll never sell or give out your information to anyone.
